Factory Manager
Responsible for overall management in the Plants
With good understanding of routine manufacturing management, production planning and facility maintenance.
Managing the daily operations among all departments to ensure operational efficiency and reduce cost.
Evaluate the effectiveness, giving suggestion and recommendations to improve planning, policy, procedures, workflow and controls in order to achieve organizational objectives.
To monitor, develop, train and lead the teams to ensure all projects can be achieved properly.

Requirements:
Degree holder or equivalent.
At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in Toys manufacturing industry.
With LEAN production experience will be a plus.
Excellent leadership with analytical skills
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
