The Job:

• Lead and oversee all daily ELV project activities, including on-site inspections, team supervision, task allocation, and progress tracking, ensuring strict alignment with approved project timelines, milestones, and quality standards.

• Develop, review, and distribute daily/weekly project progress reports; lead the identification, logging, and resolution of on-site bottlenecks (e.g., resource gaps, technical snags, coordination conflicts) to minimize project delays.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, test reports, as-built records), establish and maintain a centralized, up-to-date project repository that complies with company protocols and client requirements.

• Lead liaison with on-site contractors, site engineers, and internal cross-functional teams (design, procurement, QA/QC), resolve complex operational queries, and ensure seamless workflow across all project stakeholders.

• Lead and supervise regular QA/QC checks for ELV system installation and testing, enforce adherence to technical specifications, local building codes, industry standards, and client quality requirements, and implement corrective actions for non-compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Project Management, or a related field; relevant ELV certifications (e.g., BICSI, CIBSE, PMP) are mandatory or a strong plus.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV project management, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end ELV projects independently, including hands-on experience with ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, BMS).

• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, *************) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); proficiency in ELV design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is required.

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools.

• Strong understanding of local building codes, ELV industry standards, and HSE requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.

• Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented team player.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
