The Opportunity

HeyGen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of our AI-powered Avatar product experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, owning the end-to-end execution of AI feature implementation projects and ensuring they scale reliably across customers. You will coordinate closely with Business, Product, Algorithm, and Design teams to lead major Avatar product updates, standardize delivery workflows, and work directly with customers to translate real-world needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI feature implementation projects, from scoping and planning through launch, ensuring high-quality and on-time execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Business, Product, Algorithm, and Design teams to lead major Avatar product updates from concept to release.
• Standardize and scale delivery workflows to support consistent, high-quality product customization as customer demand grows.
• Work directly with customers to identify and translate real-world needs into actionable project requirements that increase content generation efficiency.
• Create and maintain a delivery knowledge base and best-practice documentation to support consistent, repeatable execution across teams.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cross-team coordination, and customer handoffs.
• Serve as a key liaison between customer-facing and internal product/engineering teams to ensure smooth rollouts and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager delivering AI-native or software products, ideally within AI, SaaS, or video/content creation platforms.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams (business, product, algorithm/engineering, and design) to deliver complex product updates on schedule.
• Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate client needs into scalable delivery and product solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining process documentation or knowledge bases to standardize workflows across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align technical and non-technical teams around a shared plan.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Excited about AI and video content creation, and the opportunity to shape how customers adopt emerging technology.
