Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting selection and offer processes in line with company policies. The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, build and nurture talent pipelines, and help improve recruitment practices and employer branding. The role also requires collaboration with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and compliance with relevant labor regulations and internal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Good understanding of employment practices, labor regulations, and HR policies relevant to recruitment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, work with clear timelines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior recruitment experience in energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
