- Manage and handle customer feedback and inquiries.
- Assemble food, take orders, package food and serve food
- Promote food products to customers
- Pack food for delivery and takeaway
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Receive training in all different workstations in the kitchen, service and catering areas
- Trained for service excellence
- Quick progress to another new level such as arm training and above
