Job Title: AI Project Manager Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead AI initiatives and drive the successful delivery of AI/ML projects within a financial services environment. You will work closely with business, IT, and data teams to manage AI projects from planning through implementation while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end AI/ML project delivery. Develop and execute AI project roadmaps. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors. Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and risks. Support AI adoption and change management across the organization. Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. 7–10 years of project management experience. At least 3 years of experience managing AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and data governance. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage. Experience with AWS, Azure, or MLOps tools is a plus.
