We are working with our client who is a world-renowned international civil main contractor specialising in foundation works, geotechnical and soil technology and has strong civil engineering presence in Singapore. They are looking expanding its foundation team and looking for a capable Project Manager.

Job Description:

• Be accountable for the safety and quality of the works as per project policies
• Prepare project budget, control and monitoring project financial status
• Project and resources planning and review
• Plan organization to meet the project targets and implement it
• Supervise and ensure all reports and records are prepared and maintained as required by the contract, statutory regulation and internally for the project
• Monitor and manage risks
• Provide recommendation and measures to meet contractual conditions of performance
• Ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board
• Strong experience in MRT foundations, RC works, archi works and SWC coordination
• Min 8 years of LTA project foundations experience
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and ability to lead civil & infrastructure design and construction team
