We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Executive to support our finance operations and provide administrative assistance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with experience in handling day-to-day financial transactions, assisting investment portfolios, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks, financial transactions, and accurate record-keeping.
• Support property management activities including rentals, leases, and maintenance coordination.
• Track, update, and maintain investment portfolios and financial reports.
• Monitor, reconcile, and process company and personal credit card expenses.
• Handle renewals of company licenses, permits, and insurance policies.
• Assist in cash flow planning through forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Liaise with external financial advisors, auditors, and service providers.
• Provide ad-hoc financial and administrative support as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or related qualifications.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Proficient in English communication is a must.
• Proficient in Mandarin communication is a plus.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Organized, meticulous, adaptable, time management, and proactive.

Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
