What The Role Is

You play a pivotal role in coordinating and tracking Commitment to Defence initiatives for National Service (NS) Alumni networks across the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

What You Will Be Working On

• Coordinate and track engagement initiatives for Joint and Services as the primary point-of-contact
• Assist in scaling and sustaining the engagement model within Joint and Services
• Manage relationships with NS Alumni and supporting entities
• Implement proposals and resolve queries and issues
• Structure and sustain a feedback loop to track the effectiveness and publicity of initiatives while identifying areas for improvement
• Execute administrative processes relating to finance and logistics for NS Alumni engagement
  
  Challenge(s)
• Staying attuned and sensitive to the evolving trends and needs of NS Alumni across their different life stages
• Working with an age-diverse target audience alongside various internal stakeholders with differing priorities and needs
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Human Resource, Public Relations, Public Communications, Data Analytics or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder coordination, engagement or administration is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team set-up
