Role Description

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of advanced dental scanners.
• Support production line setup, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality inspections on components and finished products.
• Conduct product testing and troubleshoot basic production issues.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation and work instructions.
• Collect and analyze production data to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Participate in process improvement and problem-solving activities.

• Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and hardware product development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, tooling, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with basic engineering tools and a willingness to learn new production technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Interest in medical or dental device manufacturing.
• Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur throughout the internship period.
