Responsibilities:

· System Design: Design or assist in the design of systems and their various components to meet all functional and technical requirements.

· Implementation: Implement integration plans, configuring and assembling system components, involving software installation, hardware setup, and network configuration.

· Cloud & Migration: Provide technical leadership and support for migration projects and cloud integration initiatives.

· Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AD/Azure services with other system components.

· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system integration issues, including hardware compatibility, network connectivity, or system interoperability issues.

· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the system, including design specifications, installation instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

· Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, involving troubleshooting issues or performing knowledge transfer.

· Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, senior engineers, and stakeholders throughout the system development life cycle to ensure all aspects of the system are properly integrated.

· Compliance: Work closely with vendors to ensure system components and integration processes meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Education Requirements and Experience:

· Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or a relevant field.

· Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field and role.

· Domain Expertise: Working experience in the following domains is required:

o Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu and RHEL)

o Windows AD and Azure AD/Entra ID

o Virtual computing

o Cloud Computing

· Certifications: Candidate must possess the following certifications:

o Linux Certification (Ubuntu, RHEL, RHCE, or equivalent)

o Microsoft/Azure or equivalent certification

· Soft Skills & Traits:

o Written and spoken language proficiency in English.

o Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Willing to learn.
