Application Solution Architect (Java)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java application architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise web applications using Java technologies.
• Lead solution design throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate and recommend suitable web application hosting options and supporting technologies.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure PaaS services.
• Support application deployment and delivery through DevOps practices.
• Design and optimize database solutions to support business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end web application design and development using Java.
• Experience with web application hosting concepts and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing enterprise or cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns and best practices.
