Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time role based in WP Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations activities such as onboarding, performance review coordination, grievance handling, and exit procedures, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. The role also involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, assisting with recruitment and selection, and supporting HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth in the technology consulting sector. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support workforce planning, training coordination, and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR administration, and coordination of HR processes.
- Skill in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, support engagement, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related systems and MS Office; experience in technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
