Role Purpose

- Responsible for end-to-end execution of transformation projects including cloud migration, application modernisation, and infrastructure transformation.

- Ensures delivery aligned to scope, timelines, cost, and compliance requirements.

2. Scope & Coverage

- Application migration (Data Centre to Data center/Cloud / Hybrid)

- Infrastructure transformation (Compute, Network, Storage, DR)

- Multi-wave migration execution

- BFSI-compliant delivery (audit, risk, compliance)

3. Key Responsibilities

- Develop project plans, migration schedules, and resource allocation

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle: planning to hypercare

- Execute wave-based migration strategy

- Run governance cadence (weekly status, monthly reviews)

- Maintain risk register, issue log, and dependency tracker

- Lead stakeholder communication and act as SPOC

- Drive migration execution, cutover planning, and validation

- Manage budgets, forecast and optimise resources

- Coordinate across application, infrastructure, and vendor teams

- Migration runbooks and cutover plans

6. Experience Requirements

- 8–12+ years IT experience

- 5+ years in project or migration delivery roles

- Experience in transformation programs across multiple geographies

- Exposure to BFSI or regulated environments preferred
