Operations Executive (Automotive Industry) – Urgent Hiring

Role Description

We are currently seeking an Operations Executive to join our team at Proton Tanjung Malim. This is a full-time, on-site position within the automotive industry.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, monitoring production and warehouse performance, supporting manpower planning, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. The role requires close collaboration with production, warehouse, quality, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work rotational morning and night shifts.
• Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is an added advantage but not mandatory.
