We are seeking a DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure while enabling efficient software delivery through automation and DevOps best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, security teams, system administrators, and business stakeholders to build reliable cloud-native environments that support modern application development and operations.

As a DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing cloud architectures, provisioning infrastructure, automating deployments, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that improve development efficiency and operational reliability. You will ensure applications and infrastructure remain secure, resilient, and optimized across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities include deploying and managing cloud resources, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuring networking, storage, compute services, and identity management, and supporting containerized applications using modern orchestration platforms. You will automate operational tasks, monitor infrastructure health, optimize system performance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.

You will work closely with development teams to streamline application delivery, implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, and establish standardized release management processes. The role also involves configuring monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response processes to ensure business continuity and rapid issue resolution.

In addition, you will implement cloud security controls, enforce governance and compliance requirements, manage access controls and secrets, conduct infrastructure reviews, and contribute to platform modernization initiatives. You will maintain technical documentation, evaluate emerging cloud and DevOps technologies, and continuously improve infrastructure automation, operational excellence, and platform reliability.

• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, cloud computing, infrastructure architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Amazon ECS.
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server administration, virtualization, networking, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar languages for automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations Suite.
• Knowledge of cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, secrets management, vulnerability management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, configuration management, release management, and Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, security, and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high availability, reliability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications related to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or DevOps technologies are considered an advantage.
