Job Description
- Plan and conduct Guzheng Ensemble training sessions.
- Prepare students for concerts, SYF, and performances.
- Coach beginner and advanced students.
- Work closely with the Teacher-in-Charge.
- Motivate students and promote discipline.
- Attend rehearsals, competitions, and performances.
- Arrange a relief instructor when required.
- Relevant qualification or certification in Guzheng performance or teaching.
- Prior Guzheng teaching or performance experience is preferred.
