Job Purpose
We are looking for a
HSSEQ Engineer on a
6-month contract to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the MVOT Management System. The role focuses on process documentation, governance support, document control, and ensuring alignment with company requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and improvement of the MVOT Management System.
- Assist in closing gaps identified through audits, assessments, and reviews.
- Develop, review, and update management system documents such as procedures, manuals, work instructions, workflows, templates, and forms.
- Ensure documentation complies with company management systems, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and governance documents.
- Maintain document control, templates, numbering systems, and records.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and stakeholder engagements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather feedback and align processes.
- Support communication, awareness, and implementation activities across the organization.
- Track action items, maintain registers, and monitor implementation progress.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and management updates.
- Support other governance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Process Governance, Management Systems, or Continuous Improvement within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Maritime, or EPCIC industry.
- Experience developing and managing procedures, manuals, workflows, and governance documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and management system implementation.
- Experience in process mapping, document control, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
