We’re Hiring | Trade Development Supervisor – Southern Malaysia

SHERA is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate sales professional to join our Malaysia team!

Position: Trade Development Supervisor

Coverage: Southern Malaysia (From Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Batu Pahat to Johor Johor)

To attract the right talent, we’re open to candidates based anywhere from South of Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, or Johor, as long as you’re willing to travel and manage the Southern market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and grow our distributor and dealer network.

* Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

* Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers.

* Execute market development activities and promotional campaigns.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Work closely with the regional team to achieve sales targets.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in building materials, construction, or related industries.

Has strong sales and business development skills.

Enjoys travelling and meeting customers.

Is proactive, independent, and results-driven.

Possesses a valid driving licence and is willing to travel across Southern Malaysia.
