Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Puncak Alam. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conduct detailed cost estimates, and support tender preparation and evaluation. The role involves cost planning throughout project stages, monitoring project expenditures, and preparing regular cost reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure effective cost control, value for money, and adherence to contractual and budgetary requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and detailed measurement for interior construction works.
• Candidates should possess skills in cost planning and cost management across design and build project phases.
• Candidates should possess skills in cost control and cost reporting to track budgets and project financial performance.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior design and build or construction projects.
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, with solid numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and common QS or construction cost software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site in Puncak Alam.
