• Ensure reservation department and Front office staff are constantly aware of availability states open
• Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, program, hotel facilities and services
• Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guest, dining, entertainment and travel directions
• Manage system that are set up within the reservation department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone cells
• Attend all scheduled meetings as required with HOD or Sales team
• Track all reservation pickup up from all Online channel like hotel websites , OTA
• Responsible for maintaining rate parity across all booking channel (website, OTA, GDS, Travel agent etc.)
• Verify all reservation taken on the reservation forms are updated on the PMS without fail
• Ensure all statistical report are sought and maintained
• Keep record of room availability, rates, amendments, daily reservation pickup, room on books, cancellation, no show etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
