Job Description:

• Resolve customer complaints and handle service-related issues professionally.
• Update and maintain customer records using Google Sheets.
• Process orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, company website, and WhatsApp.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with product preparation for PR packages, booths, events, or retail setups.
• Analyze product reviews and identify low-rated items for improvement.
• Report daily sales updates across all platforms in team channels.
• Set up daily flash deals on TikTok Shop and Shocking Sale on Shopee.
• Inspect products for quality and defects before shipment.
• Follow up on pending orders by communicating with customers.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Can work midnight shift (12am-8.30am)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
