Junior operations manager for a langkawi small boutique hotel with 5 acres of restaurant , cafe, art gallery, a creative hub and experiences and attractions. . Varied responsibilities, multi tasking and a hands on approach is required .Plus responsibility for the overall daily operation, especially cost control, maintenance, sales and marketing .

Required 4 years working in a hotel or hospitality and experience in the operations of a small business with staff of 40.

And understanding of guest and staff requirements. Lots of walking daily as its 5 acres. Suits more an outdoor person as no designated aircon office ************* for the day is wherever u are needed the most

Must have easy going attitude and be able to work smart and fast, More suited to a person under 40 who enjoys out door movement and 10,000 steps a day

Must enjoy creative projects, events and small festivals

And understand animals as the hotel is pet friendly and the LASSie animal shelter is attached

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
