• Keep all teams updated on truck status, repairs, and availability to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
• Work closely with planners and driver management to update truck availability, assign replacement trucks when needed, and ensure smooth fleet movement.
• Handle all truck repair works, including breakdowns, in-house repairs, and third-party workshops. Ensure repairs are done quickly to reduce downtime.
• Support in managing special cases such as truck damage, shortages, or driver-related issues. Conduct basic checks or investigations when needed.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance such as servicing, tyre changes, greasing, and other routine upkeep to keep trucks in good condition.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle inspections, ensure trucks are ready for inspection, and arrange necessary repairs to pass compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with drivers, planners, and workshop teams.
• Ability to enforce disciplinary actions while maintaining good working relationships with drivers.
• Good problem-solving skills to manage fleet shortages and ensure smooth operations.
• Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, reporting, and fleet tracking.
• Familiarity with PUSPAKOM procedures and vehicle maintenance requirements is an advantage.
• Experience in fleet or transport operations is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
