Build Your Career in Quantity Surveying

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of relevant working experience to join our construction team. In this role, you will be involved in both pre-contract and post-contract activities, working closely with the Project/Contract Manager and the project team to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project/Contract Manager and senior team members in pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, pre-qualification documents, tender submissions, and contract documentation.
• Carry out quantity take-offs from construction drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on project-related matters.
• Ensure documentation is prepared accurately and in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract activities will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
