Bee Hua Industrial Gases Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Factory Technician who is hands-on, responsible, and able to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our factory and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues.
• Carry out minor welding and fabrication works.
• Perform general handyman duties, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor building repairs.
• Install, repair, and maintain factory equipment and facilities.
• Inspect machinery and report any defects or breakdowns.
• Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly maintained.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist other departments with maintenance-related work as required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in factory maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, basic electrical work, and minor welding.
• Hands-on, hardworking, and able to perform physical work.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage.
