Join a fast-growing team delivering high-quality interior projects where you will lead the end-to-end M&E function — from design coordination to site delivery and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of M&E design with architectural, structural, and civil teams

• Oversee HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power, and ELV systems design and implementation

• Drive Value Engineering to optimise cost, performance, and sustainability

• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and Green Mark under the Building and Construction Authority

• Manage site execution, quality control, safety, and project timelines

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover

• Handle project costing, tender processes, Variation Orders, and claims

• Provide technical leadership to project teams and liaise with clients and contractors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Proven experience leading M&E works in interior fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of tendering, costing, and project delivery

• Familiar with Green Mark requirements

• Independent, proactive, and strong stakeholder communicator
