Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, fried patties, chicken tenders, fries, and other side dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, and packing.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock counting.
• Ensure raw materials and ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and in order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
