Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for our engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons, and prepare procurement recommendations.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance departments on procurement requirements.
• Resolve issues relating to supplier performance, delivery delays, quality, and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and purchasing status updates as required.

Job Type: Permanent
