Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for office and operations, including hardware, software, networking, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Deliver technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day IT issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Support business applications and operational systems, including user account management, issue resolution, system testing, and deployment of updates or enhancements.
• Assist in gathering user requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support system improvements and technology initiatives.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools, including email, productivity software, and communication platforms.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, backup solutions, security systems, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, maintenance, support services, and warranty management.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments as required.
• Perform other IT-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Some experience and IT knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environment.
