Job Title: Data Science Lead

Salary: $3,835.98 – $5600 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Science Lead to drive the development of data-driven solutions that support business growth and innovation. You will lead a team of data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Develop and implement data science strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitor model performance and continuously optimize solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, including leadership experience.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
