Join an established technical operations team to oversee the reliability, maintenance, and deployment configurations of core enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Manage the functional lifecycle of enterprise servers and operating system platforms, executing updates and diagnostic troubleshooting.

• Maintain core networking environments by administering configuration changes across routing components, security firewalls, and traffic balancers.

• Monitor production environments to proactively identify technical incidents, coordinate disaster recovery steps, and enforce business continuity frameworks.

• Collaborate with data engineering and cybersecurity business units to facilitate system deployments and align infrastructure onboarding paths.

• Update technical infrastructure repositories, standard operating procedures, and runbooks to guarantee accurate operational logging.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software or infrastructure support engineering experience within a production environment.

• Strong technical capability in administering, patching, and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Practical knowledge of network architecture fundamentals, including switches, firewalls, and load balancing protocols.

• Exposure to system health monitoring tools, enterprise backup configurations, and corporate data replication workflows.

• Sharp problem-solving instincts with the flexibility to participate in operational rotations and provide technical support when necessary.
