Job Description:
Loan Documentation Management : Assist in the preparation, review, and management of loan documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Data Input and Management : Accurately input and maintain data in the company's systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates to support operational efficiency.

System Checking and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Conduct regular checks on operational systems and participate in UAT to identify and resolve any issues before deployment.

Support for Ad Hoc Business As Usual (BAU) Tasks : Provide assistance with various operational tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with different teams within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on operational projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

Past experience in banking and finance would be an advantage

Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, self-motivation and willingness to learn, enjoy fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
