Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, tax compliance, and team supervision for our Hong Kong entity. This role will work closely with the VP Finance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls. Experience in financial services or digital assets is a plus. NetSuite experience is required. We're looking for someone who can start within the next 1 month.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP system maintenance and financial module optimization, specifically NetSuite

• Manage accounts payable and supervise the payables team to ensure smooth payment processes

• Assist in budgeting, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP for Hong Kong entity; support audit

• Assist in financial due diligence for M&A and coordinate relevant financial data

• Coordinate tax filings and manage external tax advisors to ensure compliance (Hong Kong focus)

• Review contracts from a financial accuracy and compliance perspective

• HR and Compliance experience would be a plus

• Support process improvements, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, and Hong Kong tax regulations

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required

• Experience in financial services, digital assets, or licensed institutions is preferred

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
