Responsibilities:
Proactively cultivate and elevate long-term strategic partnerships with our established client portfolio to drive mutual growth.
Hunt for and unlock fresh business streams by actively networking, market prospecting, and converting leads into clients.
Deep dive into client workflows to understand their core challenges and architect tailored technical solutions that smash their business objectives.
Lead commercial negotiations and seal sales contracts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and maximum customer satisfaction.
Partner with our internal product, technical, and operations teams to guarantee flawless service delivery and client delight.
Maintain impeccable, real-time records of sales pipelines and client touchpoints within our CRM system.
Contribute front-line market insights to help shape our future sales strategies and quarterly revenue forecasting.
Requirement:
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience, ideally within the fast-paced IT solution, network & cybersecurity, technology sector.
Possess a verifiable track record of consistently meeting and blowing past sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust, command a room, and foster lasting client loyalty.
A strategic problem-solver who thrives in high-stakes contract negotiations and commercial structuring.
Highly proficient in modern CRM ecosystems and sales automation stack to optimize your daily workflow.
