Our client, a Japanese company (fashion and lifestyle brand) is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Assistant IT Manager (5 Days/ Bonus).

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and support store POS systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, software updates, and system optimization
• Lead IT setup and deployment for new store openings, and support store closures, relocations, and renovation projects
• Provide daily IT support for stores, resolving POS, network, and hardware-related issues
• Maintain IT documentation and user training materials, while delivering basic IT training to store staff
• Oversee IT asset management and vendor coordination, ensuring proper inventory control and service quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines with 3+ years of retail IT support experience
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, basic networking, Windows environments, and database management
• Experience in vendor management and project coordination, particularly for store operations and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to support non-technical users
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing on-site support and responding effectively to urgent IT issues
