A HKSAR Government Department
The selected candidates will be responsible for infrastructure and application enhancement project of a mission critical system.
Responsibilities:
To monitor and handle external contractors for providing on-going support services and system implementation services
Providing technical advisory to the project team
Requirements:
Higher diploma holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 years post-qualification working experience and 1 year in similar capacity
At least 2 years working experience with/in the Government
Sound knowledge in cloud computing and have at least 2 years working experience in server virtualizations environment, Windows Server, RedHat Linux, Storage Area Network (SAN), Traffic Sharper, Network Firewall and Load Balancer
To liaise and coordinate with relevant parties on all activities related to system maintenance and enhancements on VALID
To perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors
Strong clear understanding of Government Standards and Guidelines such as Baseline IT Security Policy (S17) and IT Security Guidelines (G3)
To assist in rectifying and resolving system and database problems when system incidents occurred
