岗位职责

Job Description:


  • Provide assistant to general operational ocean freight functions.
  • General correspondences with suppliers, agents, and other inter-department for ocean freight movements.
  • Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements.
  • Prepare documentations for customer.
  • Coordinate supplier invoices.
  • Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards.
  • Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs.
  • Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse, and transporter for ocean freight movements.
  • Monitor internal data & system compliance.


Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related field.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
