We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets, leading store teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail staff to achieve business objectives.
