Pre-requisites

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and manage deployment activities for customers’ cloud environments
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud-scale and backbone networks
• Support and maintain software-defined networking (SDN) services, including:o Azure Front Door (AFD)o Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protectiono Domain Name System (DNS)o ExpressRoute
• Participate in standby/on-call duties to provide after-hours support Technical

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a large-scale data center environment (for Engineer role)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a large-scale data center environment (for Senior Engineer role)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business functions
• Strong leadership qualities; candidates with team leadership experience may be considered for a Lead role

Skill Sets

• Programming Languages: Kusto, Java, Python, Perl
• Operating Systems: Linux
• Virtual Networking: SDN, VNET, DNS, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Load Balancer
• Data Formats: JSON, XML
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, JNCIP
• Additional Skills: Network automation and security experience
