Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced events team to support the smooth delivery of engaging, well-organised live events. You'll gain first-hand experience in guest engagement, event coordination, and on-site operations while helping create a seamless experience for attendees.

This flexible, on-site opportunity is ideal for students and young adults looking to gain practical exposure to professional event operations through meaningful, hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with guest registration, reception, and attendee enquiries.
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd movement throughout events.
• Contribute to event setup, teardown, and general operational logistics.
• Help coordinate programme timing and ensure smooth transitions between event segments.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event photography and short-form video content.
