Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory Control skills
• Warehouse & Logistics Management
• Support streamline, and document e-commerce workflows, including order fulfillment, returns management, and escalation of customer service issues.
• Support the implementation of best practices to improve the online shopping experience, from site navigation to post-purchase touchpoints.
• Work closely with ecommerce and customer service teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Able to drive for the delivery of online orders
• Ability to work weekends and/or public holidays
• Work place - Pandan Loop
