Role : Site Supervisor

Location: Klang Valley (Johor travel required when assigned to projects)

Employment Type: Permanent

Earliest Start Date: Immediate / Anytime

Key Requirements

Responsible, committed, and able to work independently

Age: 25 – 35 years old

Diploma or Degree in C&S Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, renovation, factory projects, or project coordination

Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents

Familiar with site management processes and safety requirements

Good communication and coordination skills

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites

Willing to work overtime when required to meet project schedules

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers

* Monitor project progress and report site status to management

* Ensure site safety compliance and proper housekeeping practices

* Arrange and monitor delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower resources

* Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving on site

* Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records

* Ensure projects are completed on time and within required quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
