Job Description:

• Reception and front desk operations.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
• Provide administrative and logistics support.
• Assist with student welfare and FAS administration.
• Support CCA activities with photography and videography.
• Edit and upload photos/videos for social media.
• Prepare promotional and marketing materials.
• Assist with school branding and outreach activities.
• Consolidate RAMS reports.
• Support school events, competitions, and post-exam activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: GCE "A" Level orequivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Photography, videography, and multimedia editing skills are an advantage.
