Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for frontline and management staff across F&B and leisure operations. Daily activities include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials and standard operating procedures, and delivering classroom and on-the-job training sessions. The Training Manager monitors training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and follow-up coaching, and collaborates closely with operations, HR, and brand teams to ensure training supports business goals and customer experience standards. The role also involves planning training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong training design, facilitation, and coaching skills, with experience creating engaging learning materials and programs.
- Operational knowledge of F&B, hospitality, or leisure environments, with a focus on customer experience and service standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of seniority.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple training initiatives and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze performance data, assess training needs, and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; experience with learning management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training, Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a training or learning & development role, ideally within F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Comfort working on-site across multiple locations in Greater Kuala Lumpur and conducting periodic training at resorts or malls.
