Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to define project requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with C#/.NET developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Track project progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience working on C#/.NET application projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
