Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other ICT equipment.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and preventive maintenance on ICT equipment.
• Set up and configure desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for new and existing employees.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, productivity software, antivirus software, and business applications.
• Maintain inventory records of ICT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
• Ensure data backup procedures are performed and assist in disaster recovery activities when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with ICT security policies, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection requirements.
• Provide technical support during meetings, training sessions, and company events when required.
• Perform any other ICT-related duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in ICT support, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network security concepts.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with antivirus software, backup solutions, and endpoint security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to branch offices or project sites when required.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
