Role Description

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in promoting insurance products, managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and documentation, coordinating policy applications, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role assists in achieving the Company's sales objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and Company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in insurance, sales administration, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ( Training provided )

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting and selling insurance products , payment gateway ( terminal and online ) , SME's business consultant to new prospect and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries through telephone, email, messaging applications, and walk-in visits.
• Coordinate the submission of new business applications and supporting documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional after-sales service and timely support.
• Ensure compliance with agency , and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and Company records.
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding policy issuance, renewals, claims, and customer enquiries.

Pay: From RM12.02 per month
