Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure software applications.
• Work with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#).
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practices.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential.
• Be a part of agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in Mobile Application and Website Development, Content Management System (CMS)
• Proficient in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#) and Web development with Node.js background, preferably with Next.js and AI-assisted development
• Experience with relevant frameworks.
• Working knowledge of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Fantastic communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working on government or public sector projects will be advantageous.
