Special for Engineering fresh graduate!

Join our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program and gain real, hands-on experience managing slope projects alongside industry pros.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a great team player
• Can work under minimal supervision

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing related projects
• Support Senior Engineers/Coordinators on assigned tasks
• Liaise with consultants, technical agencies & local authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with design & specifications
• Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and subcontractors

Program Duration: 9 months

• Soft Skills Training: 1 week
• On-the-Job Training: 8 months and 3 weeks
